1. B2B Wholesale Agreement
By purchasing from Company Liquidations Limited, you acknowledge that this is a Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction. Consumer protection laws regarding “change of mind” returns do not apply to wholesale liquidation assets.
2. Inventory Grading
Unless explicitly stated as “Brand New,” all inventory is sold “AS IS” without warranty.
- Untouched Returns: May contain faulty items, missing parts, or damaged packaging.
- Shelf Pulls: Generally pristine but may have retail stickers.
- Tested Working: Verified by our technicians to power on.
3. Dispute Resolution
We pride ourselves on manifest accuracy. However, in the high-volume liquidation industry, human error occurs.
The 5% Rule: We guarantee manifest accuracy within a 5% variance of Total Retail Value. Claims for shortages or discrepancies below 5% of the total load value will not be accepted.
4. Claims Process
Any major discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns will be issued a Credit Note for future stock.
